Had a really cool lunch with Dan. We talked through some ideas. I think for me the TLDR was, I need to build a marketing engine that will find the right channel for these things. Perhaps also build a manual Reddit poster to replace a bot, sort of like Manus style, and really need to refine the product and the mechanism to get people to share it, and really get a core of users that can be a solid enough base to see if there's traction in these multi-sided markets. I also talked about using hooks and drip campaigns. So Gondel Alerts would be a hook to sell something else, but I don't know what that other thing is. Yeah, I'm really working on getting massive lead gen right now. Harbor Freight, Guns, Pickleball. I need to figure out what else. Oh, yeah. Maybe the Pickleball Edge can stall into the Oculus Swing Trainer, which can be a platform for everything else.

Maybe just my own perception of myself. I think more than anything right now, I feel like I can build anything. And so now, Dan said it well. He's like, few people know what they want and are risk tolerant enough. I know what I want, but I haven't been risk tolerant enough. I need to increase my risk.

Tomorrow I want to clean up the garden, plant the trees, paint the bench top in the mudroom, build the second story of shoes in the mudroom, and maybe buy a door. Also maybe buy another monitor and buy a KVM for my now three monitors perhaps.
